About Dr Watkinson

Dr Adrian Watkinson BChD, MDS, FDS RCS, DRD RCS.

Dr Watkinson is registered with the General Dental Council as a Specialist in Restorative Dentistry. He became a Fellow in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1972 and was later awarded the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry by the College. His research led to a Masters Degree from the University of Bristol in 1985. He has also been made a Fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists and is a Member of the International Team for Oral Implantology (ITI).

Dr Watkinson has been placing and restoring dental implants since 1988 and in that time, has placed and restored over 2000 implants. He has been invited to lecture on implantology to professional groups in Europe, Scandinavia and North America and has published over forty articles in scientific journals and books.
